Why are there delays and how can I get an update on my existing order?
When you place your order for your new vehicle, you only pay a $1000 deposit to secure your request for your new car.
We understand life happens and your circumstances may change while you wait for your new vehicle.
You can cancel your order at any time* up until your vehicle production is confirmed. If you do cancel your order, we will refund 100% of your deposit.
*Please review the Terms and Conditions on your contract for full details.
A General Price Increase is when Toyota implement a price increase across the entire range due to the increased costs associated with manufacturing vehicles.
A Tech Change is when a vehicle model goes through a specification change and/or upgrade from the existing model.
We receive updates weekly from our global production team and until your vehicle is advised to us as "On The Production Line" we are unfortunately not able to offer any further detail. Please know that once your order is in our system, it's safe and we'll let you know once we know more ourselves. We thank you for your patience and can't wait to get you into your new Toyota.
After you've heard from us to advise that your vehicle is "On The Production Line", we will then let you know that the next step for us is to await an update from our global production team to advise that your vehicle is "In Transit to WA" and once we have this information, then we'll be closer to being able to confirm your delivery date with you.
In the mean time, to prepare for the delivery of your new Toyota, we suggest signing up for myToyota and myToyota Connect, plus confirming your Accessories and final payment. Please contact us for assistance.
Our focus remains on doing everything we can to get you into your new Toyota vehicles as soon as possible.
As the availability of supply is an evolving situation around the world, we continue to work closely with our global production team to secure the maximum possible number of vehicles for our guests.
We are working on personalised communications when we receive information on the status of your vehicle so that you have the latest available information regarding any changes.
1. A range of Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are advertised for sale on our website and are available for immediate delivery. A TCPO vehicle is a used car that has been inspected and approved by our Dealership. These vehicles come with additional benefits such as a full-service history, independent background check and 90-point inspection by Toyota-trained technicians. For more information, please see here.
